Stone therapy
stone therapy, also known as crystal therapy or jewelry therapy, is an ancient supplement that uses the energy and vibrations of precious and semiconductor stones to improve physical, mental and emotional health. This therapeutic approach is rooted in ancient Egyptian, Greek, China and India civilizations and is still used today as a natural method to balance and coordinate the body.
History of stone therapy
The therapy is long and has been used in various civilizations. The ancient Egyptians used stones such as azure, turquoise and carnlein for therapeutic purposes. The Greeks also used crystals to treat diseases, increase strength and balance. In traditional Chinese medicine, rocks were used as a tool to stimulate acupuncture points and improve Qi energy flow (Qi). In India, the stones in Ayurveda, an ancient medical system, were used to balancing the masses (biological energy) and health promotion. This rich history shows that stone therapy has always been considered as a natural and effective way to improve health and balance.
The principles of stone therapy
The therapy is based on the principle that each stone has unique vibrations and energy that can affect the human body's energy field. The human body also has an energy field (Oura), which can be imbalanced by various factors such as stress, disease and negative emotions. The rocks, with their vibrations, can help restore balance to the body's energy field and accelerate natural recovery processes.
In general, rocks operate through three main mechanisms:
